Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Services
x9n provides senior product engineering services including web and mobile development, technical consulting, and product audits. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual service agreements.
Scope of Work
All work is performed according to agreed-upon scope and deliverables. We do not offer unlimited scope. Changes to scope require mutual agreement and may affect pricing and timelines.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-off services are billed upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all code and deliverables produced. We may retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the engagement.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
